The candidate should select three convenient test centers for the entrance examination. AIPMT application forms are going to be available online only. You can access the AIPMT application form from the official website of NEET. The application form of the AIPMT has been available from 31st January 2017. In application form, interested students are required to fill the qualification code, center of Examination, category, exam medium, gender and Adhaar number carefully. No changes will be allowed after submitting the application form.
In the Preliminary Examination, each question carries 3 marks and one mark is deducted for every wrong answer. If the candidate qualifies the Preliminary examination he/she has to sit for the final examination. The CBSE prepares a list of successful candidates based on the score obtained in the Final Examination and also has a wait list of candidates.

The online registration of AIPMT 2016 will start from December 15, 2015. Applicants can apply the AIPMT 2016 application form through online process and no any other mode of application form filling will be acknowledged. Basically, the AIPMT 2016 registration is a four stage process. The very first phase is registration for the entrance exam where applicants have to fill in the on-line application in order to get the registration number. In second stage they have to upload images of recent photograph and signature in prescribed format. Next stage is completing fee payment for the entrance exam through Net banking/Credit Card/ Debit/or Bank Challan. At the end, candidates have to send the print out copy of AIPMT 2016 application verification page of online application format to conducting board i.e. CBSE and copy of proof of fee submission (if fee is send through Challan mode).
NEET 2017 application form is to register for appearing in National Eligibility Entrance Test. Prior to applying one should determine eligibility. Now there is another aspect to keep in mind. That is to apply for college/university apart from submitting application form of NEET 2017. By submitting NEET application form 2017 you will be able to take the test; and by submitting MBBS/BDS admission 2017 through NEET form of a particular college/university you will be able to take part in counselling and seat allotment there. Most colleges are simultaneously releasing medical application forms so keep track of that also.
AIPMT 2016 Participating States : Many State Governments/Universities/Institutions voluntarily participate in AIPMT 2016 and use its merit list for admission MBBS and BDS seats in their respective Medical Colleges. The responsibility of CBSE is limited to conduct of the entrance test, declaration of result and providing merit list to the DGHS and participating States/Universities/Institutions. A total of 8 states and 4 medical institutions participated in AIPMT 2016 for filling their MBBS and BDS seats.
